All products are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship via the United States Postal Service priority mail. Priority Mail is usually delivered in 2-3 business days depending on location. So allow about a week for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after package is received by the Post Office because of holidays, etc... (be sure to order early for holidays). At checkout add your zipcode and hit the calculate button and your good to go for shipping...
Refund and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it in original condition, all items to be unused, within 7 business days of the date it was shipped. Please include your name, telephone number and mailing address inside the box. Please send returns to 1421 Lexington Ave. #145 Mansfield, Ohio 44907. We will refund the total amount minus the original shipping charge. Custom ordered products are not refundable!
